My journey in hospitality began at age 20 with a successful entrepreneurial venture in the nightlife industry, where I led the market for over a decade before transitioning to the restaurant sector. After years of owning and managing a Japanese fusion restaurant in Latin America, I founded Sushi KONG Miami, bringing my extensive experience and passion to every aspect of the business.
